*Auto-renewal Policy: By purchasing an auto-renewal package you agree to have your package renewed automatically upon expiration or when all visits have been used, which will be charged to the credit card on file. No contract required (except for monthly unlimited), however, written notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days prior to your next renewal date. Cancellation of auto-renewal prior to your first renewal will require that the amount discounted be paid upon cancellation and will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Class/Series/Package Purchase Policies:
All sales are final. Packages cannot be shared. Late cancels (less than 6 hours before class start) and no shows will result in forfeiture of class credit/purchase. Multiple discounts may not be applied.

Unlimited Contract Terms/Conditions: Electronic signature (enforceable by law) is required on all contracts. Member must have a valid credit card on file and must agree to monthly automatic payments being charged for memberships and any fees that may apply (i.e. no-show); if your card is declined, you will be charged an additional $25.00 fee. Early termination fee is $280.00 for 12 and 9 mo contracts; $180.00 for 3 and 6 mo contracts, which is automatically charged to the card on file. Early termination notice must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date. Members are allowed to suspend their membership for a fee of $75.00 for a maximum of one month; contract will be extended one additional month. Memberships are subject to change/cancellation by Vertical Fusion at any time. Please note that Vertical Fusion reserves the right to cancel classes for major holidays, special events, weather and other issues that are out of our control. All unlimited members are subject to late-cancel and no-show fees as follows: If you have an unlimited membership and you late-cancel (6 hours or less before class start time) 3 or more times per month, you will be charged $20.00 to your card on file. If you have an unlimited membership and you no-show for a class, you will incur a $10.00 fee for each incidence, which will be charged to your card on file.
NOTE: Before signing contracts or making purchases, please be aware that class schedules are always subject to change. Although we try our best to limit schedule changes, no guarantees are made in regards to what, when, or how many classes are offered at any given time. Our schedule is prone to change due to staffing, resources, seasons, and demand. Furthermore, no guarantees are made in regards to class sizes. Lastly, be aware that sometimes classes have to be canceled for circumstances out of our control such as severe weather, illness, injury, etc.

Private Party Cancellation Policy: Your party can be rescheduled at no extra charge if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance and if we didn’t have to cancel any regular classes to accommodate you. If less than 48 hours or if we had to cancel classes to accommodate you, you can reschedule, but there will be a service fee of $45 to do so. Your deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you opt not to reschedule, you may use your deposit towards classes.

Prices vary. Please see the Workshops page or our online registration system for more info.
Class Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. If you late cancel or are a no-show, your visit will be deducted from your package as if you had attended. If you do not have a package, your credit card on file will be charged for the amount owed or your account will show a balance for the canceled class. If you have an unlimited membership and you late cancel, you will incur a $20 fee if you late cancel 3 or more times per month, which is automatically charged to your card on file. If you have an unlimited membership and you are a no-show, you will incur a $10 fee, per occurrence, which will be charged to your card on file.
